Comparing Multiple Charts

Analyze symbols side-by-side with independent indicators.

Why Compare Charts?

Seeing two or four charts side-by-side helps you spot patterns you would miss looking at one stock at a time. Compare a stock to its sector ETF, look at correlated pairs, or watch how different indicators behave across related names.

How to Use It

Click "Compare Charts" on the Analysis page or go directly to /analysis/compare. Choose a layout:

  • Single: One full-width chart for focused analysis.
  • Side by Side: Two charts for direct comparison (e.g., AAPL vs MSFT).
  • 2x2 Grid: Four charts for broad market scanning or sector comparison.

Independent Controls

Each panel has its own symbol input and technical indicator toggles. You can show SMA on one chart and Bollinger Bands on another. Type a new symbol and click "Go" to load it — charts update independently.

Key Takeaways

  • Three layouts: Single, Side-by-Side, and 2x2 Grid.
  • Each panel has independent symbol and indicator controls.
  • Great for comparing stocks vs sectors, correlated pairs, or market breadth.
